Istanbul's main arterial highway, linking both sides of the city via the 15 July Martyrs Bridge.
State road D-100 runs from the Bulgarian border across Turkey to the Iranian border. In Istanbul it is widely known as the «E-5» and is one of the city's busiest roads.
