Diamniadio
Planned city about 30 kilometres east of Dakar, home to new ministries, exhibition centres and sports venues.
Since the 2010s Diamniadio has been developed as a new administrative and business hub to relieve the congested capital. It hosts a conference centre, ministry buildings and the Abdoulaye Wade Stadium, among others.
