Sydney Airport

Sydney's main airport in the suburb of Mascot, named after aviation pioneer Charles Kingsford Smith.

The airport lies about eight kilometres south of the city centre on Botany Bay and is Australia's busiest. Because of dense surrounding housing, a night curfew applies.
