Logement domanial
State-owned rental flat in Monaco reserved for Monegasque nationals at affordable rents.
The State of Monaco owns a large stock of flats that it allocates exclusively to Monegasque citizens, as prices on the open market are out of reach for many. Allocation is handled by a commission based on criteria such as family size and housing situation.
